This unique event offers participants an immersive experience in the art of chocolate creation, set against the serene backdrop of a picturesque vineyard. Duration: 3.5 hours. 6:30pm - 10:00pm

**Course Highlights:**

- **Expert Instruction:** Led by Dolce Sweets' skilled chocolatier, attendees will delve into the history of cocoa and engage in hands-on practice and discussion about  techniques like tempering and bonbon decoration.

 

**Wine Tasting Session:**
Participants will enjoy a tour and an interactive session on wine tasting with Souffle De Vie's exquisite wines, enhancing their understanding of flavour harmonies.

 

**Gourmet Refreshments:**
The event includes a selection of teas from the boutique **Tea Therapy Shop**, alongside charcuterie boards and sauces crafted by Dolce Sweets, showcasing a fusion of sweet and savoury delights.

 

**Take-Home Creations:**
